About the event:

‘Culture eats strategy for breakfast’ is a quote that we have often heard. We know that its influence on each of us is pervasive and enduring. What does this mean when we coach people from different backgrounds and cultural experience. Our cultural adaptability is a key skill in a changing world. Based on the work of Erin Meyer, Linda Marshall from Barefoot Coaching will consider the cultural continuums that affect the ways we think and communicate. Through coaching practice, we will explore some of the ways in which culture affects our coaching relationships, and how we can better build relationships across cultures. (The room may be subject to change and will be re-confirmed nearer the time).

Meet Julia :

Julia Menaul will be attending this event. If you'd like to meet up with her at the event please get in touch.

Julia is a wonderful coaching supervisor. She has been a valuable resource on my coaching journey. Julia is incredibly generous in sharing her ideas, thoughts and resources. She also provides a wise sounding board and has provided just the right balance of challenge and support. I would highly recommend Julia as a coaching supervisor for both experienced and inexperienced coaches. Liz Scott, NewScott Coaching, Coach and Facilitator
