You’re Okay As Long As You’re In Charge

Often a cause of a manager’s inability to delegate, I find when I’m coaching that this particular driver from transactional analysis tends to be a ‘man thing’.

There’s quite a lot different behaviours that the Be Strong driver leads to, including one that makes people perceive you in a negative way.
