Coach – What Do You Do When You Don’t Know What To Do?

October Spark Group Coaching Supervision

October’s Spark Group Coaching Supervision Manchester

“If a coach rarely feels stuck then they are staying in their comfort zone to the possible detriment of the client and the coach’s development”

This month’s coaching supervision session in Manchester picks up a central component of the work of Ian Saunders and Ray Charlton on coaching mastery, highlighting four key areas to becoming a master coach.

  1. Being aware of self, other and situation
  2. Creating and holding the coaching space
  3. Noticing “What do I do when I don’t know what to do?
  4. Integrating everything to greatest benefit to the coachee

So, bring along some examples of when you have been stuck in coaching, to gain wisdom and insights in a supportive atmosphere amongst coaches of all levels.
