One to one coaching is beneficial to busy managers because it;
- is an intensive 2 hours session
- Personally tailored for you and the work you do
- Focussed on real objectives

- Allows you to discuss “sensitive” issues in a supportive and
confidential environment
We like to combine it with phone coaching for maximum impact. This involves:
- 6-8 face to face sessions over 6-8 months
- 4-5 phone coaching sessions
- Sessions 2-3 hours to allow exploration of issues in anon directive way
but also to facilitate skills development. We believe that if the “shift”
doesn’t happen in the session then it will not happen outside in the
real world.
