One to one coaching is beneficial to busy managers because it;

  • is an intensive 2 hours session

We like to combine it with phone coaching for maximum impact. This involves:

  • 6-8 face to face sessions over 6-8 months
  • 4-5 phone coaching sessions
  • Sessions 2-3 hours to allow exploration of issues in anon directive way but also to facilitate skills development. We believe that if the “shift” doesn’t happen in the session then it will not happen outside in the real world.
  • Clear evaluation measures to assess impact of coaching transfer into the workplace
