The secret of successful leadership development

We have experience of corporate coaching with middle and senior managers in the private, public and third sectors
Step by step we will:
- Improve management, leadership and communication skills
- Advance your influencing, negotiation and problem solving
- Improve relationships with colleagues, staff, the boss (you’ll see the results at home too!)
- Rapidly develop your career through career planning
- Boost your performance
- Improve your work/life balance
- Help you to be happier and more confident
Our career coaching expertise will help you to work out:
- Who am I?
- Where am I now?
- Where do I want to be?
- What’s the gap?
- What changes do I need to make?
- How do I make them?
One to one coaching is beneficial to busy managers because it;
- is an intensive 2 hours session
- Personally tailored for you and the work you do
- Focussed on real objectives
- Accelerates change personally and professionally
- Provides a neutral sounding board
- Allows you to discuss “sensitive” issues in a supportive and confidential environment

We like to combine management coaching with phone coaching for maximum impact. This involves:
- 6-8 face to face sessions over 6-8 months
- 4-5 phone coaching sessions
- Sessions 2-3 hours to allow exploration of issues in a non directive way but also to facilitate skills development. We believe that if the “shift” doesn’t happen in the session then it will not happen outside in the real world.
- Clear evaluation measures to assess impact of coaching transfer into the workplace
